Utilizing Eventbrite, I streamlined the registration process, making it seamless for attendees to sign up and join us for this important occasion. Employee Campaign
βFLINT Kids: Safety Drawing Contest was a multimedia campaign I led in collaboration with the Recruitment Department to promote FLINT's safety culture, empowering the next generation beyond the workplace. In addition to fostering creativity and safety awareness among children, the campaign served as a catalyst for building a stronger sense of community within the organization. I created a user-friendly landing page, engaging content and colouring kits featuring Fred, and promoted the contest across internal channels and social media platforms. The campaign successfully amplified FLINT's commitment to safety while sparking enthusiasm among employees and their children. With close to 90 entries received, the campaign demonstrated significant traction and engagement, further reinforcing FLINT's dedication to cultivating a safe and inclusive workplace.

Conference Planning & Management
As the lead organizer of ASTTBC's annual conference and AGM, I developed a seamless two-track program of sessions and networking that blended physical and virtual elements to engage attendees from across British Columbia. Collaborating closely with our partner organization, the BC Institute of Agrologists, I ensured every aspect of the conference aligned with our shared objectives. To incorporate both organizations equally, I developed the distinct brand identity - BC SCI-CON.
From budgeting and sponsorship management to content creation and marketing initiatives, I created a multifaceted strategy to drive registrations and enhance the conference experience. Leveraging targeted advertising campaigns, our team attracted over 300 attendees and secured over $40,000 in sponsorships, underscoring the conference's significance within the industry.
Managing vendor relationships, I ensured smooth logistics and high-quality services throughout the event. Additionally, I oversaw the organization of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), and wrote scripts and agendas to facilitate efficient proceedings.
Innovating further, I spearheaded the development of a customized conference app utilizing vFairs, providing attendees with a user-friendly platform to access resources, engage with speakers, network with peers, and play a fun game for prizes. Through meticulous planning, strategic partnerships, and effective execution, I elevated our annual conference, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.
